I don't believe Kate has chosen yet. I think sleeping with Sawyer was an unplanned spur of the moment kind of thing that played out because of the stress they've undergone being in captivity.

Plus, when Sawyer asked her point blank if she loved him, she didn't answer; that says to me that she hasn't fully decided yet.
