I am Not confused, but i think juliet is... she wanted jack to let henry die... and now hes holding him hostage so theres no way of making it look like and accident ( like she wanted jack to do)

Right about jacob, dont know why they would have killed him. Maybe he wanted to do something completely different with the list and the progression of the other's society. What we know is, he did exist, he made a list, and then hes now gone... very rarely on this show do people go away NOT as a result of being killed.
and there is obviously some dissention in the ranks. Juliet isnt telling Henry gale everything... maybe she killed him off. shes evil.com
