Locke (Terry O'Quinn) was a primary cast regular (character name Peter Watts) on the 3 seasons of "Millennium" which ran from 1997-2000. Best drama ever on TV! Full of mysteries, occultism, prophecy, demons and other baddies and a mysterious organization called the Millenium Group, not unlike the company/group that designed the Dharma Initiative.

Millennium ended with no resolution of what happened or was happening to the Group. It would really be interesting if the Dharma Initiative turned out to be a project contracted out by the Millennium Group, 'cause it's the kind of thing the Group would do.
