I like this theory...the "us vs them" on the next season could be the others/losties team-up vs. Dharma...meaning the others are not part of Dharma, they have been working against Dharma. Maybe they used to be part of Dharma, then broke off because they were fed up, or maybe they were never part of Dharma; either way they have some agenda to work against Dharma, and are testing the Losties to see where their loyalties lie...
also, Kelvin calling the others "Hostiles" would lend to this theory, as well...he worked for Dharma, and the "Hostiles" are working against Dharma...
