That has been my thought exactly. Michael is going to blame Henry (why would he admit to that, anyway?) in hopes of getting the Losties to say "Henry, you killed our people. Prepare to die. AVENGE THE DEATHS! SAVE WALT FROM THE MANIACS! YEAAAUUUGGGHHHH!!!" Well... something like that, anyway...
