Was Henry's mission to eliminate her as payback from an unforgiving leader? When he was caught and outed, did they send Michael in as back-up? And, finally, (I'm thinking this up as I go) did Michael really let Henry go or did he kill Henry like Goodwin killed that other guy that Ana first thought was an Other?
And, is Eko going to be killed for the same reason--that he killed two of the Others when they tried to take him?
Something to think about.

Maybe Michael and Henr(imposter) are acting under a hive mentality - they both have a common goal and all the others know it and just work towards it like little solder ants or bees.
But you have a really good point-- he could have just killed Henr(i) made up his own story from there and - next episode we will hear that all that shooting came from Henr(i)
